Industrial Electric Heating System SK-SE for Effective Pipeline Heating

SEO series SK-SE, is designed for electric heating of industrial main pipelines of long length and provides: heating of technological pipelines in a given temperature range; serviceability of process pipelines in all possible operating modes at temperatures down to -60°C; Heating is carried out at the expense of heat of combined induction-resistive heating. The main heat release, about 80%, occurs in the wall and only 20% in the conductor. As a result, the thermal mode of operation does not cause its overheating, which serves as a high reliability of the entire SEA as a whole. SC-CE series ESAs should be used in conjunction with overcurrent protection devices. To protect against overheating, the SC-CE series SEOs must be equipped with temperature sensors, which must be explosion-proof or connected to an intrinsically safe circuit. In order to ensure control of SK-SE SEO operability, light and sound signalling is provided.
