Industrial Food Preparation Table Model CPO for Culinary Processing

Production tables (cutting tables) are designed for cutting meat, fish, vegetable and other products before their culinary processing at catering enterprises. SRO (cutting table) - has a straight table top, SROb (cutting table with a board - 40 mm) - has a straight table top with a bent up back board. Cutting tables of SRO, SROb type have a collapsible frame made of steel profile with a table top made of stainless steel with LDFP backing mounted on the frame.

The frame can be made of galvanised or stainless steel. The table top can be made of AISI 430 or AISI 304 steel 0,5 - 0,8 mm thick. At the bottom of the table there is a shelf-grid for placing pots, pans, etc.
