Description

F2 Pellet is an industrial pellet extruder on a robotic cell, ideal for fast printing of high-volume products (output up to 3 kg/hour).

The three-zone pellet heating technology inside the extruder ensures uniform material feeding and high quality of the resulting product. In addition to standard printing granules (ABS, PLA, PP, PE, PA, etc.), the printer allows printing with secondary raw materials: recycled plastic granules PET, PP, ABS, HDPE, LDPE and others. Pellets are much cheaper than classic filament yarn, and the resulting products are perfectly subjected to post-processing - turning, milling, etc., which allows the introduction of additive technologies in the production chain of the enterprise.

The technology is suitable for the creation of disposable moulds, punches, matrices for composite layouts, prototyping, making models, furniture, small architectural forms, etc..
