Provides formation of test telegraphic signal in synchronous mode of operation (tests 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/6, 2/1, 3/1, 6/1), in synchronous and startstop modes of operation formation of telegraphic signals in MTK-2 codes (tests "RY", "R" and "Y") at fixed speeds of 50; 75; 100; 150; 150; 250; 300; 500; 600; 1000; 1200; 2000; 2400 Baud.
