Milling-rotor snowplough is designed for clearing snow from highways and inner-city roads, spreading snow dumps formed by bulldozers and plough snowploughs, laying winter field roads on snow virgin land.

The Kirovets K-703MA-OS cutter-rotor snowplough is one of the most powerful and productive domestic snowploughs.

To work in harsh winter conditions, the machine underwent additional structural adaptation: vertical joints and steering hydraulic cylinder joints were strengthened, and frost-resistant replaceable bushings of increased strength were used in the joints.

The cutters that develop the snow mass and the rotor that ejects the snow through the spigot are mounted in a common housing placed on the rear half-frame of the snowplough. Changing the throwing angle and the direction of the snow jet to the right or left is done by means of the rotor swivelling cover.
