LED Optical Systems for Tunnel Traffic Lights "Metro" for Safe Traffic Management

LED light-optical systems of tunnel traffic lights of "Metro" type, manufactured according to TU 3185-006-01404314-2014 (hereinafter referred to as systems) are designed to provide red, yellow, green, blue and moon-white signals and are used as part of tunnel traffic lights of "Metro" type, controlling the movement of trains. The systems are designed for operation in conditions with moderate and cold climate (UHL) of placement category 4 according to GOST 15150. In accordance with the conditions of placement by mechanical load and climatic factors, the systems belong to classes MSZ and K1 according to GOST 34012-2016.

Average operating time per failure - not less than 25 000 hours. Average service life before decommissioning - not less than 10 years. Guaranteed service life - 3 years from the date of commissioning under the condition of preliminary storage not more than 12 months from the date of manufacture.
