Description
The 18x45 calibre cartridges with unique electric primers are used in the "OSA" complex. Their main difference from conventional pistol ammunition is that the bullet acquires energy by accelerating only in the cartridge case, which acts as a barrel. This scheme allowed to create extremely light and compact pistols. The 18x45CP cartridge produces a very loud sound and an extremely bright flash, resulting in temporary blinding of the attacker.
