Location system is designed to determine the location and orientation at angles and depth of the drilling head (with a probe placed in it) during the production of horizontally directed drilling operations. Technical characteristics: Operating frequency 12 kHz; probe location depth up to 6m; telemetry radius 500 m, with one repeater 1000 m; resolution of inclination angle determination 0,1%; determination of drilling head position "by clock face"
