Description

Magnesium fluoride for vacuum spraying, TU 20.59.59-003-38857157-2023. It represents white tablets or targets in the form of cylinders with height from 4 to 30 mm and diameter from 8 to 300 mm or granules with size from 1 to 10 mm, insoluble in water. The chemical formula is MgF2.

The area of transparency is 0.11-10 µm. Refractive index n in the film at l= 550 nm is 1.38-1.40. Apparent density is 2.9-3.1 g/cm3.

The delivery set includes the product packed in polyethylene cans or bags, with labels indicating the contents of the cans or bags, as well as a document on the quality of the product.
