Magnetic Sealing Console KMG-900 for Quick Pipe Leak Repairs

Magnetic sealing device (bridge-frame) for operative elimination of leaks from pipelines and vessels with two supporting magnets. The magnetic cantilever holds the patch at the leak location. Installation takes seconds, unlike clamping, which is very important if the leak occurs during transport or storage of toxic or hazardous substances. The cantilever can hold the patch for as long as it takes to carry out preparatory operations before repair work (shutting off valves, organising outlets, evacuating the contents).

The devices are held securely on cylindrical surfaces due to the chamfer on the working surface of the magnets. The cantilever consists of 2 permanent magnets with a rotary mechanism for switching off the magnetic field, a support frame, a pressure rod with an adjusting handle and a flat pressure head. The magnetic field is switched off by turning the lever, locking against accidental switching off. Another name of the device is bridge-frame.
