Purpose, scope of application: Marmite is designed to maintain a constant temperature (in heated state) of second dishes used in the serving line on naval ships and civilian vessels.

KEEPS IT RUNNING:

? During prolonged static tilting (without time limit) in any direction up to ±15°. ? Rolling with an amplitude of 45° and a period of 7 to 9 seconds in any direction. ? When exposed to 98% relative humidity at an ambient temperature of 35°C. ? When exposed to ambient temperatures of 12° C to 45° C for a prolonged period of time (without limitation). ? After exposure to salt (sea) fog.

Distinctive Features: Marmite includes a stand with space for placing gastronorms on the stand and gastronorms in a niche with doors, tray guides, storm guards, and shelves.
