Electric marmite for first courses is designed for short-term preservation in a hot state of the first dishes in pots and their distribution to the consumer. boilers and distribute them to the consumer. Marmite is a counter, in the plate-base of which two electric burners are built in.Number of burners: 2x220mm, with 3-stage power regulation.

Time to heat up the burner to working temperature (400ºC): 20min. Marmite is equipped with tray rails, top shelf and height-adjustable legs. Supplied assembled on a pallet.

Packaging is corrugated cardboard and wooden crate. Marmite is installed at catering enterprises independently or as a part of technological distribution line.
