Measuring system with automatic photo-video fixation "ATOM SW"

The measuring systems with automatic photo-video fixation "ATOM KV" (hereinafter referred to as the Systems) are designed to determine the values of the current measurement time relative to the national coordinated time scale UTC(SU), to determine the coordinates of the location of the Systems, to measure the speed of vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the Vehicle) in the control zone of the Systems and on the controlled road sections, to measure the distance to the Vehicle and the angle on the Vehicle in the control zone of the Systems in automatic mode.
The Systems are special technical means operating in automatic mode and having photo and video recording functions to ensure fixation of administrative offences. The systems are designed to be located at the following types of control boundaries: at regulated intersections; at regulated railway crossings; at unregulated pedestrian crossings; at car parks; at long stretches of roads.
