Mechanical Vapor Nozzle "Fakel" FUZ for Efficient Spraying Applications

Paromechanical nozzles are manufactured according to TU 28.21.11-001-87875767-2022 in accordance with OST 108.836.03-80 and GOST 23689-79 and structurally consist of the head of atomising paromechanical nozzle (GRFPM) and a barrel with a locking unit for connection of fuel and steam supply pipelines. Steam-mechanical nozzle "Fakel" FUZ - designed for economical and low-toxic combustion of liquid fuel (fuel oil) in burners of power boilers, for ignition and illumination in pulverised coal boilers, with flow control range from 20...100 per cent. Here the combined method of fuel atomisation is realised, combining the use of the effect of a swirling liquid jet, kinetic energy of the atomiser vortex flow and acoustic vibrations of the medium.
