- Medium load rack SGR-V-DSP consists of frames (prefabricated construction of two posts connected by horizontal and inclined ties), longitudinal beams with fastening to the posts on hooks and chipboard planks placed on the longitudinal beams.
The technology of attaching the beam to the racks is boltless, on hooks. This approach significantly reduces the time of assembly and installation of the rack. The design allows changing the position of the shelves without dismantling the whole section.
The storage tier comprises two longitudinal beams connected by cross beams and chipboard decking.
Additional sections can be attached to the rack frame by means of a hook.
The load characteristics of the additional sections are retained when adding additional sections</li> <li>The permissible minimum number of storage tiers per section is at least three.</li> <li>To prevent accidental removal of the tier beams from the frames, a locking device is provided, which is installed at the end of assembly in the rectangular hole of each hook.</li> <li>Each rack is equipped with a metal post</li> </ul>.
