Metal Army Bed with Wooden Backs, Type "F" for Comfortable Sleeping

The product is of prefabricated and collapsible construction. The metal frame is painted with powder enamel of grey colour. The backrests of the prefabricated construction are welded.

Each backrest consists of two uprights made of 40 x 25 x 1.5 mm pipe, two crossbars made of 40 x 20 x 1.5 mm pipe and 15 x 21 x 2 mm metal profile. Decorative elements made of chipboard lined with thermosetting polymer films are screwed into the metal profile with a cross-section of 15 x 21 x 2 mm for the front and rear backrests. The visible edges of the decorative elements are lined with PVC edging material.

Welded prefabricated construction, each panel consists of two 40 x 20 x 1.5 mm section pipes with plates welded on both sides. To increase the rigidity, a 45 x 4 mm plate crosspiece 85 mm long is welded in the centre of the kingpin. Five 25 x 25 x 3 mm angles, 80 mm long, are welded at the top of the kingpin to accommodate the base.
