Description
The modular hip prosthesis, including congenital underdevelopment, is designed for prosthetics for people with disabilities of all age and sex groups who have amputation and (or) congenital defects at the level of the hip, in order to compensate locomotor functions and eliminate cosmetic defects of the lower limb. Permanent sleeve made of injection moulded laminated plastic on the basis of acrylic resins and thermoplastics, it is possible to use an inlay sleeve made of polyethylene foam. Test sleeve made of thermoplastic sheet. The design allows the use of knee modules and feet with different functional qualities depending on the patient's needs. It is used as a basic prosthesis for everyday life.
