MSP Type Mechanism for Efficient Control of Pipeline Systems

In the energy, mining and other sectors of the economy are widely used control systems for various pipelines and their shut-off valves. To ensure effective regulation of the flow of the supplied medium, as well as to prevent emergencies, it is important not only to transmit signals to the automatic control units of valves and flaps, but also to receive feedback from them, that is - information about their position at the moment. According to this data it is possible to estimate, how much the position of this or that working body in the system of shut-off valves has changed, in order to take further actions, regardless of whether it is done by the direct control automatics, protection automatics or the operator monitoring the work of the node of the pipeline trunk line. The service life of the device is at least 10 years.
