Multi-Body Vacuum Evaporation Installation for Agricultural and Food Processing (VPU Model)

The company carries out design, manufacture, installation and start-up of vacuum evaporation multihull units for evaporation of raw materials in agricultural, fish, meat processing, alcohol industry, wastewater: obtaining juice, wine concentrates, glue broth concentrate, tomato paste production with capacity up to 100 tonnes per hour on evaporated moisture. The equipment allows solving the problem of waste utilisation and obtaining a product without impurities of harmful substances present at gas combustion. VVMU can also be a part of a bard-dewatering plant and is intended for evaporation of post-alcoholic bard filtrates, as well as similar products. The technical solutions implemented in the design of the WWMU make it possible to minimise the number of process washes to one per month.
