RMKE multicamera screen type arresters are designed to protect overhead lines of 6-69 kV class from all kinds of lightning effects and their consequences. The basis of arresters of this type is a discharge element in the form of toroidal screen with multichamber system. Dischargers of RMKE type for voltage classes 6-10 kV represent half of one screen.
