Description

Multi-saw edging machine model MKS-800 is used for edging of untrimmed sawn timber in sawmill lines of high productivity. It can be used as a multi-saw machine for the production of lamellas and pallet boards, as well as for the production of blanks in furniture and joinery.The machine is equipped with a long saw shaft and ensures high productivity and perfect geometry of products.Two rows of claw guards ensure a high level of safety.The machine is equipped with two driven large-diameter pressure rollers and four driven bottom rollers. This makes it possible to work with lumber of different thicknesses without readjusting the height position of the pressure rollers.

As a result, this significantly increases the productivity of the machine when working with unsorted lumber.The presence of a table above the saw shaft eliminates vibrations of the ends of boards at the entrance and at the exit of the saws and provides a clean output of sawdust without admixture of cuttings and chips.
