Navi-Master Vessel Traffic Management System Software-Hardware Complex for Maritime Safety

The new-generation Navi-Master vessel traffic control system software and hardware complex (Navi-Master) is designed to increase the level of safety of navigation and efficiency of shipping, safety of life at sea, protection of the marine environment and coast, coastal and offshore facilities, as well as to increase the efficiency of navigation and cargo transportation in the area of operation of the ship traffic control system. OBJECTIVES of the Navi-Master SUDS PAC: control of ship traffic and ship position in the SUDS area of operation; transfer of navigational information to ships in the SUDS area of operation - information on the state of navigation equipment, meteorological and hydrological information; transfer of operational information to ships in the SUDS area of operation - information on factors hindering ship traffic, information on the state of navigation, information on changes in the SUDS operation; organisation of ship traffic.
