The plunger arc suppression reactor (DGR) with smooth current regulation of RZDPOM series, is designed for compensation of capacitive currents in electric networks 6-35 kV with isolated neutral, arising during single-phase earth faults. The reactor is connected between the network neutral and the substation grounding circuit.
