The manufacturing technology is as follows: the metal frame of the chair made of steel is placed in a special conductor and completely covered with liquid polyurethane foam (FPU). This makes it possible to achieve a uniform soft shape on the frame with a high degree of durability. The lower part of the chair is provided with holes for attaching different types of supports. Furniture made with this technology lasts 25 years longer than furniture made of ordinary foam, without losing its physical properties and presentable appearance. If over time the cover loses its presentable appearance, the frame of the chair or half-chair will retain its factory appearance, it will be enough to replace the cover and your furniture will look like new.
