For suspension and operation on supports of overhead power lines, overhead communication lines, contact network of railways, between buildings and structures, lighting poles, for laying in cable ducts, in special pipes, on bridges and overpasses. Dielectric cable with central power element made of fibreglass rod, around which optical modules with hydrophobic filler are twisted, containing up to 24 optical fibres, the space between the modules is filled with hydrophobic filler or dry water-blocking material, with intermediate sheath made of polyethylene, with peripheral power elements and outer sheath made of polyethylene or polyethylene tracking-resistant.
