P65 Single Switch for High-Speed Rail Projects - Efficient Track Switching

Designed for the transfer of rolling stock from one of the parallel tracks to another, used on the main tracks of railway lines with mixed freight-passenger train traffic and the speed of passenger trains on the straight track up to 200 km/h. Design features: transfers: separate fastening; elastic bar terminals Skl; pads with flanges; with subsequent welding of rail joints in the track by aluminium-thermite method; switches: flexible sharps with welded rail ends; welded pads with cushions; elastic U-shaped spring terminals; headset with external closure; crosses: with continuous rolling surface with flexible-turn core, headset with external closure.
