PENOPLEX® FACADE Thermal Insulation Boards for Building Thermal Protection

Extrusion foamed polystyrene boards produced under the trade mark "PENOPLEX" have a wide range of application: thermal insulation for enclosing structures of residential, public, agricultural and industrial buildings. Extrusion polystyrene foam is produced by extrusion method, it is obtained by mixing polystyrene granules at high temperature and pressure with the introduction of foaming agent and subsequent extrusion from the extruder. High-quality extrusion polystyrene foam has a uniform, closed-porous structure with a cell diameter of 0.1-0.2 mm.

Extrusion polystyrene foam has low thermal conductivity at 10±0,3°C not more than 0,034 W/m2?K, minimum water absorption for 24 hours not more than 0,5 % by volume, low density 25-33 kg/m3.
