Personal wearable information recording device "Dozor-78" BRUA.012345.003-03 is designed to equip users to record the surrounding situation, and subsequent archiving and storage of the received data in stationary office premises. The UR-78 is designed to fix the environment (creating synchronous audio-video recording and photos) in the user's location area. The single non-separable housing contains: video camera, microphone, built-in permanent memory device (ROM), rechargeable battery, built-in emitters of infrared and visible ranges, multisystem port connector, device control buttons.

The UR-78 is equipped with additional functions of precise location determination thanks to GLONASS/GPS module and real-time data broadcasting using Wi-Fi/LTE modules. The housing of the UR-78 is made of shockproof materials. The UR-78 is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery.
