Photovoltaic Cell String HVL for Efficient Solar Energy Conversion

Photovoltaic cell chains convert solar radiation into DC electricity and are designed for the manufacture of photovoltaic modules. The photovoltaic cells are made of pseudo-square wafers of monocrystalline n-alloyed silicon with deposited layers of amorphous silicon, transparent conductive layers and printed conductive grid, the front and back contacts are in the form of textured anti-reflective TSO coating. The elements are connected in series chains by film-wire electrodes using SmartWire technology.

Each chain is formed by connecting the elements in series using 76±9 µm thick film and 200-300 µm diameter wires coated with indium-tin solder (InSn). Cross bars may be included in the delivery set of the photovoltaic cell chain. The number of elements in the chain is determined by the order specification.
