Portable Technological Equipment Complex for Tram Surface Cleaning VMC-TrT

Washing complex of tunnel type VMK-TrT is designed for treatment (washing, rinsing, drying) of trams external surfaces. The cleaning process is carried out by passing trams through the complex at a speed of up to 2 km/h with a stop in the washing zone of frontal surfaces. The complex includes executive equipment and equipment of recycling water supply and water treatment, jointly providing effective cleaning, ecological safety and resource saving of technological processes. Advantages: - less capital investments in equipment in comparison with foreign analogues; - possibility of building up the architecture of the complex for specific tasks (with reinforced cascades of treatment (soaking, intensive washing and rinsing, drying) of side surfaces, roofs and roof bevels of cars; with possibility of treatment of frontal surfaces of roofs, bogie frames, etc.); - technological process is organised in resource-saving environmentally safe closed mode.
