Precision Cutting Automatic Machine Model PRA499A for Steel Processing

Automatic machine straightening-cutting model PRA499A is designed for uncoiling, straightening and measuring cutting of hot-rolled round reinforcing steel of smooth and periodic profile with diameter from 5 to 16 mm. cl. A-I; A-II; As-II and A-III according to GOST 5781-82, coming in coils, in closed rooms.

Straightening of wire f3 and f4 according to GOST 6727-80 is allowed at manufacturing of an additional tool at the customer's request for an additional fee. Straightening-cutting machine is equipped with unwinding and receiving devices. The receiving device has a measuring mechanism, which allows to receive blanks of the required length.

The machine can be used in the shops of enterprises of metal structures, reinforced concrete structures and other plants. When operating in climatic zones with temperate and cold climate execution UHL, placement category 4 according to GOST 15150.Additional requirement: the lower value of air temperature should be not less than +5C.
