Description

Professional gas cooker with cast iron cooking surface is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in a plate at catering and trade enterprises. A powerful burner of a special shape is located under the cast iron deck, thanks to which it can accommodate both large gastronomic containers with a volume of up to 50 litres and many small ones. The cooker is equipped with a gas leakage control system and can be operated with both natural and liquefied gas. All burners have piezoelectric ignition. The cooker is ideal for catering companies with a low footfall. Its main advantages are convenience and safety of operation in combination with high speed of cooking, and the small size allows you to place even in a small kitchen.
