The oven is designed for baking bakery products, bread moulded and hem bread from wheat and rye flour, confectionery products. "Monsoon-rotor" without readjustment of air flows in the baking chamber provide baking of high quality products of a wide range of bakery products: excellent bakeability, high rise, uniformly coloured surface, perfect gloss. It is possible to bake a range of small bakery products on one rotating rack.
