Designed for the determination of protein C activity in blood plasma by the method with chromogenic substrate both manually and on all types of analysers having an optical channel of registration at a wavelength of 405 nm. Kit composition: Protein C activator, lyophilically dried (5.0 ml/fl.) - 2 vials; Plasma-calibrator, lyophilically dried (1.0 ml/fl.) - 1 vial; Chromogenic substrate, lyophilically dried (2.0 ml/fl.) - 2 vials; Concentrated buffer (2.0 ml/fl.) - 1 vial. Number of determinations in 1 kit: 20-100 depending on the type of analyser used.
