Rail Welding System for Thermite Welding of All Rail Types - Efficient and Durable

The complex is designed for welding of rails of all types and quality categories, new and old year old, as well as rail elements of switches. The complex can be used in all climatic regions on land. Welding robots using the complex, depending on the width of the gap between the ends of the rails to be joined, are of the following types: -Production of trackless railway track with the accepted optimum gap between the ends of the rails to be welded of 25 ± 1 mm. -Repair works with rail welding: <ul> <li>- Rehabilitation of railway track with a gap between rail ends of 25 ± 1 mm;</li> <li>Special repair works, depending on the nature of the defect, with an increased gap between the ends of welded rails equal to 50 mm and 75 mm.</li> </ul>
