Railway Straightening and Leveling Machine VPRS-03.2 for Track Maintenance

Machine dressing, padding and straightening VPRS-03.2 is designed to straighten railway track in longitudinal and transverse profile and plan, as well as for compaction of ballast under sleepers and from the ends of sleepers, under the bars of switches and crossbars. The machine is used in construction of new, repair and current maintenance of existing railways of 1435 and 1520 mm gauge with rails up to R-65 inclusive, with wooden or reinforced concrete sleepers on various kinds of ballast. VPRS-03.2 is a universal track machine of cyclic action, producing simultaneous or independent straightening, straightening and shoring of railway track in semi-automatic or manual mode, both on mainline and station tracks, as well as on switches.
