Real-Time PCR Amplifier for Nucleic Acid Testing - DTPrime 5M3

The instrument is designed for the analysis of nucleic acid samples using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and real-time PCR detection of the accumulated product. The instrument can be used for both qualitative and quantitative PCR for the following types of research: -detection and quantification of pathogens -Biocoenosis analysis -genotyping -Gene expression analysis A wide range of kits with optimised protocols have been developed to work with the instrument and in addition there is a flexible algorithm for creating new protocols. The temperature gradient function allows optimisation of amplification conditions, the instrument can perform up to 96 assays per run and is the optimal solution for laboratories with medium research flows. The instrument has 5 detection channels and 3 independent pseudoblocks.
