Refrigerated Pastry Tables KSHS for Optimal Food Storage Solutions

Designed for storage of food and beverages at temperatures from -2 to +8°C. The tables are equipped with universal rails on which can easily fit both GN 1/1 gastronorms and a 600x400 (EN) baking tray. The doorways are wider than the standard ones.

Each compartment has four pairs of rails. Their number can be changed when ordering. The tables can be produced with swinging doors (drawers), which have reliable hinges (for drawers there are guides) with optional door closers, which ensures guaranteed closing and maintenance of the set temperature in the working volume of the table.

An electric control unit with automatic defrost function is used. The front panel of the motor compartment has a large perforation area, which allows the cooling unit to receive air for cooling.
