RFM-400 Forming Machine for Plastic (Fruit) Masses - Efficient Production

Moulding machine for plastic (fruit) masses RFM-400 is very easy to operate and maintain. You no longer need large production areas and huge lines. Despite its small size, the RFM-400 moulding machine has a capacity of up to 10500 bars per hour, with a working width of 400 mm.

The prepared mass (fruit paste (or any other homogeneous, plastic product) mixed with various additives (crushed nuts, protein, rice balls, etc.) is loaded into the hopper of the moulding machine manually or automatically using a transport system. Special pressure rollers in the hopper of the moulding machine fill the cells in the moulding drum with mass. The cells are made individually for each customer based on the size and shape of the final product.

In this way the RFM-400 moulding machine works without scraps and rejects.
