Rigid Busbar Set 220 kV for Reliable High Voltage Connections

The rigid complete busbar bracket manufactured by T-Energy LLC is designed for making electrical connections between high-voltage devices of open (ORU) and closed (ZRU) switchgears 35-500 kV. Rigid busbars can be used together with flexible busbars, for example, as a combination of rigid busbars with flexible intra-cell connections. The sets of rigid busbars for rated currents from 630 A to 4000 A are manufactured for both standard and non-standard switchgear schemes. As part of the rigid busbar system, unique, in terms of reliability, connection elements are used - cast busbar holders with flexible connections. Busbar holders are used to absorb mechanical forces arising in the joints, while flexible connections are used to create reliable electrical contacts between current-carrying parts. Cast busbar holders with flexible links are used to connect busbars to each other and to connect them to equipment.
