Vessel navigation area: Pools of category "L", "R" according to the classification of the Russian River Register with maximum permissible wave height of 1.2 m of 1% security at permissible wind speed of 17 m/s within the continuous zone of action of the system of coastal VHF-radio-telephone stations. The navigation area may be designated as follows: "P" category basins without the right to enter "P" category lakes and reservoirs. In this case the supply of the vessel with life raft, pyrotechnics, additional navigational supply is excluded.
