Road Sign Production Line LDZ-7/21 for Efficient Sign Manufacturing

Designed for the manufacture of metal sub-bases of square, triangular, round road signs with double flanging around the entire perimeter, as well as their brackets in semi-automatic mode. The line consists of seven stations. Movement of products between the stations is done manually by the station operators.

1.Metal cutting station MG-2000A. It is designed for straight cutting of thin sheet metal. Clamping of the workpiece - mechanical, pedal.

Lowering of the cutting beam is electromechanical. Thickness of processed metal from 0.7mm to 1mm. Cutting length 2000 mm.

Upper beam lifting height: 145 mm Knives: segmental, 4 upper, 4 lower. Total power of drives 1,1 kW. Power supply - 380 V.
