The product is an RS-485 transceiver with half-duplex mode, low power consumption and high ESD protection. It is fully compliant with the EIA/TIA-485 standard. The product has a high bandwidth, allowing the use of up to 256 transceivers on a single communication bus, supports high-speed communication with a maximum data exchange rate of up to 2 Mbit/sec. The power supply current is less than 0.6 mA in non-loaded mode. In low power mode, the current is less than 6µA.
