Sandblasting Machine RPU-1 for Stencil Design on Glass and Wood

Sandblasting unit RPU-4015 is a machine for stenciling on glass or mirror, matting glass and brushing wood. The movable working chamber eliminates scratches on the product and reduces the percentage of rejects by 10%. Special platforms are used for fixing the workpieces, thanks to which the ends of glass and mirrors are not damaged.

When processing mirrors, the breakdown of amalgam is excluded, as static electricity is removed. Thanks to this, the reject rate is reduced and the production cost is reduced by 20%. The inbuilt aspiration system is much more efficient than external ventilation.

Filters designed for 1 year of operation effectively clean the air. The air is not drawn out of the room and in winter the rooms remain warm.
