Screw Tension Station Drum for Effective Conveyor Tensioning

The screw idler drum is installed in the screw idler of a conveyor idler, usually located at the "tail" of the conveyor. It is designed to provide sufficient belt tension to ensure that the belt does not slip on the drive drum. It is a cylindrical body with welded discs, mounted rigidly on a rotating shaft. The shaft is also fitted with bearing units with bearings, in which the housing with the shaft and rotates.
