SG2R-100 Belt Sander for Radius Selection Applications

The SG2R-100 is a cut-down version of the SG2-100 multifunctional belt grinding machine. The purpose of this model is the selection of radii (pipe saddles). This model is designed to work with endless grinding belts with length of 1830x100 mm. In the basic equipment the machine has the following modules: a clamping platform 245x100 mm with a working table 300x150 mm, a module for pipe radius selection with a set of rollers 21, 27, 34, 42, 48, 60 mm and a vise for pipe clamping. The whole line of SG2 series machines is characterised by quick and easy replacement of working tools and grinding belt, as well as a wide range of accessories for a variety of tasks.
