Shock Freezing Machine SHOK-4-1/1 for Quick Cooling and Freezing

The blast chiller ShOK-4-1/1 is designed for quick cooling, freezing and further storage of various food products at catering and trade enterprises.Blast chiller ShOK-4-1/1/1 Abat brand is made entirely of austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 1 mm thick (except for the back wall) - both outside and inside. Operation of the cabinet is allowed at ambient air temperature up to +42 C and relative humidity from 40 to 70%.The blast chiller ShOK-4-1/1 has 4 levels of universal rails for GN 1/1 or 600x400 mm trays, refrigeration unit based on Danfoss compressor, electronic control unit with the ability to regulate and maintain the required temperature. The cabinet has a solid-filled polyurethane foam housing, equipped with an air cooler with a fan for even temperature distribution inside the useful volume, a seal with a magnetic insert (door closer) on the door to ensure the protection of the temperature inside the cabinet.
