Silicone Electrical Insulation Compound "Elastek" - TU 2513-023

Silicon-organic electrical insulating compound "Elastek" is designed for case and case-less casting: - strain-sensitive products and devices of electronic, radio-technical electrotechnical equipment of ground and on-board execution; -high and low-voltage transformers, rectifiers and chokes on ferrite cores with wires with cross-section up to 8 microns; - functional blocks with semiconductor elements, liquid crystals and magnetically soft alloys; - printed circuit boards with hinged mounting; - specialised microscopes; - cladding of flexible elements of equipment (including twisted and corrugated waveguides). Elastek compound is resistant to moisture, radiation, ozone, chlorine, sulphur and nitrogen oxides. It does not cause corrosion of silver, chromium, cadmium, tin, copper and aluminium alloys. The compound is supplied in two components: base, hardener.
