Smooth Dyed Cotton Terry Fabric for Sewing Projects - Versatile and Durable

The terry cotton smooth-dyed fabric is manufactured in the Russian Federation for further use in the manufacture of garment articles. For manufacturing of terry smooth-dyed cotton fabric cotton yarn is used (raw material composition: 100% cotton), fabric cloth is formed by weaving machines from three types of yarns: root (ground) basis, pile (loop) basis, weft. Woven woolen fabric is dyed in batch-type machines.

The dyed wet fabric is dried on the drying-shear finishing line. The density of cotton terry cloth is from 210 g/m2 to 550 g/m2. Width of cotton terry cloth is from 1.5 m to 2.2 m.

Produced terry smooth-dyed cotton fabric corresponds to the 1st grade, in structure, finish, physical-mechanical and physical-chemical properties corresponds: GOST 11027-2014 ?? ?? 017/2011 (On safety of light industry products).
