Description
The methodology is aimed at the development of spatial thinking and correction of its insufficiency. It is intended for children of senior preschool and primary school age. It can be used with children with developmental disorders and adolescents.
Form of conducting: individual or group (2 - 3 children each). Purpose: The "Games with Shadows" method involves building constructions from geometric shapes and creating their projections. and creating their projections, as well as modelling constructions according to their planar, frontal and lateral projections.
This type of constructive activity contributes to the effective formation of flexible dynamic spatial representations in children, as well as the ability to represent a volumetric body based on its planar image, which forms the basis of graphic modelling of constructions.
